Because what we serve our guests in the cozy ambiance of our restaurant or on our terrace is made with care, pleasure and skill. Our credo: traditional food from Saanenland and all the regions of Switzerland; authentic, fresh and prepared to perfection. No matter large or small, warm or cold, meat or fish, vegetables or sweets. You’ll find unique salads, minced meat with pasta and apple sauce, every possible variety of sausage, including hard-to-find local specialties, Cordon bleu with Mutschli from Gstaad, Mani’s Tartar, the famous Landhaus burger with raclette cheese and Bernaise sauce. The list goes on. And with all these wonderful dishes we of course serve only the very best wines, every single one of them from Switzerland.
